The paint is specially designed for water marbling and has a high pigment concentration and toughness, so that the colors float beautifully on the surface of the water. You can easily create unique patterns by dripping paint on the surface of the water and then working on the patterns with the wooden stick before dipping the object you want to decorate into it.
How does water marbling work?
To get started, fill the plastic bowl or container with room temperature water. This makes the paint float well on the surface of the water. Then drip drops of different colors onto the surface of the water and use the wooden stick to work the paint in different directions. This can be done by drawing lines, making circular movements or making other things.
You can then gently lower the object into the water so that the pattern is transferred to the object. It is important to carefully lower the object into the water to avoid air bubbles that could disturb the pattern.
Once the object is lowered, you can carefully lift it back up and let it dry. Depending on the type of object you are decorating, it may be necessary to heat, iron or otherwise treat it after drying in order for the paint to adhere well.
