Wij verwerken uw bestelling binnen 24-72 uur. In de meeste gevallen leveren wij binnen 7-10 werkdagen. Voor grotere lampen die doorgaans op maat worden gemaakt, kan de levering 25-40 dagen duren.
Wij bieden bijgehouden verzending om ervoor te zorgen dat het veilig bij u thuis aankomt.
Als u niet 100% tevreden bent met uw aankoop, kunt u uw artikel retourneren voor terugbetaling of ruilen voor iets anders. Om in aanmerking te komen voor terugbetaling moet uw artikel ongebruikt zijn en zich in dezelfde staat bevinden, tenzij het defect/kapot is, u moet het verkeerde artikel hebben ontvangen, uw artikel is kapot aangekomen, of uw artikel is verloren gegaan tijdens het transport.
